An East Rochester man accused of stabbing and killing his neighbor during a dispute was in court Tuesday morning.
Fifty one-year-old James McIntosh was arraigned on charges of second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter. He was indicted on those charges last week.
Sheriff's deputies say he and another man, Michael Burnett, got into a fight inside the rooming house where they lived on West Commercial Street in East Rochester. Police say Burnett was stabbed to death.
