News10NBC has new information involving a deadly crash in Pittsford. Officers say alcohol and speed may be to blame.
The driver, Michael Weber, has been charged with vehicular manslaughter. He was arraigned at Strong Hospital Monday.
According to the DMV, Weber's driver's license was revoked and that he actually surrendered it in May 2012.
Police believe Weber was speeding Monday morning when he drove over several front lawns on East Street near Thornell Road, before running over a mailbox, a traffic sign and then a tree. His passenger and friend, 20-year-old Joel Ajavon was killed in the crash.
