Don't be surprised if you see more police out on the roads and highways this weekend.  Beginning today, a STOP DWI crackdown will be in effect throughout the state through September 2, Labor Day.

The crackdown is designed to cut down on alcohol and drug related injuries and deaths on the roads.

Labor Day marks the end of the summer driving season in Rochester and officials are hoping it will be a safe one on our roadways.
