Three Victor youths, one a minor, face charges after an alleged fight broke out at Victor High School on Friday, according to Ontario County sheriff's deputies.
Samuel VanEtten, 18, of 1230 The Grove; Nathaniel Herne, 17, of Dryer Road; and a 15-year-old male juvenile, all of Victor, were charged with disorderly conduct after police were called to Victor Senior High School for a reported fight on Sept. 6 at 1:10 p.m. Deputies charged Herne with third-degree assault after they say he allegedly kicked the juvenile in the face, causing a physical injury. Herne and VanEtten will appear in Victor Town Court, and the juvenile was released into the custody of a parent.
