A Rochester man and woman are facing animal cruelty charges.
Humane Society investigators say they were called to a home on Saxton Street in Rochester by Rochester Animal Control and  found two emaciated pit bulls being kept outside.
The owners of the dogs, Angela Jones and Adam Martinez, are charged with two counts of failure to provide sustenance and improper shelter. They are scheduled to appear in court on September 18.
The dogs were seized and brought to Lollypop Farm. The dogs are improving and will be evaluated for adoption.
