A Rochester man has been found guilty of stabbing a man in the neck with a screwdriver and then strangling him.
A jury found Marcellus Timmons guilty of second-degree murder for the death of Todd Davidson. On February 13, Timmons stabbed Davidson in the neck with a screwdriver before strangling him and leaving Davidson's Tacoma Street apartment with two televisions. Police say Timmons attempted to make the incident appear to be a burglary.
Timmons will be back in court on November 4 for sentencing. He faces a maximum of 25 to life in prison.
