New data on poverty level in NYS

New data from New York State about the number of people living below the poverty level in our area. 
News10NBC found out between 2007 and 2011, more than 14% of people in Monroe County were living below the poverty level. That's defined as a household income of $23,500 or below. The average household income in Monroe County is $52,260, about $4,000 lower than the state average.
