The case against a man accused of stabbing his brother to death in Henrietta last week has moved to New York State Supreme Court.
Ahmad Jawed Mohammad-Askar is charged with second-degree murder. Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies say they found him late Tuesday morning covered in blood outside the Thali of India Restaurant on South Winton Road. Both Mohammad-Askar and his brother were employees of the restaurant.
Mohammad-Askar is being held in the Monroe County Jail without bail.
