We're just learning that an Ohio woman has been indicted by a federal grand jury.
Prosecutors say she handed in fake medical invoices, and pocketed hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Barbara Tripi is facing two charges.
Prosecutors say that while Tripi worked as a director at Unity Health System, she created a fake name, submitted invoices under that name, and then approved them herself.
Between February of 2009 and August of 2011, prosecutors estimate she took about $268,000. If convicted, Tripi could face a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $500,000 fine.
We reached out to Unity Health System Thursday, and in a statement, a spokesperson tells us Tripi was not employed by Unity when these charges were filed. She says Unity will continue to cooperate fully with all authorities.
