Two people were hurt in a three car crash on Lake Avenue Saturday night.
The Rochester Police Department tells News10NBC that the crash happened around 10:30 p.m. near the intersection of Freemont Street. Officers say that the crash happened when one vehicle rear ended another vehicle that was stopped to make a left hand turn.
The impact of the crash pushed the turning vehicle into oncoming traffic, hitting a third vehicle. The third vehicle was hit so hard that it rolled over, before coming to a rest back on its wheels.
Amazingly, police say the drivers of the turning vehicle and the third car suffered only minor injuries. A child in the first vehicle was also taken to the hospital for precautionary reasons.
Police say no tickets have been issued at this time.
