For the Flower City Habitat for Humanity it's the 200th house they've built in Rochester.
But for Ebonique Latimer and her family, it's their first house and the beginning of a new future.
Latimer put more than 450 hours of sweat equity into getting her new home on Brown Street. She said it was important for her daughter to have a stable home.
She also says she's happy for what she's learned from the experience and is looking forward to moving in.
"I'm excited. I haven't been here in like a week, but they get things done very quickly. So I get to see it in its almost final stages, but I'm nervous and happy at the same time,” said Latimer.
Latimer will pay a no-interest mortgage on her new home.
