JetBlue is allowing its customers to pool their frequent-flier points.
JetBlue says the point-sharing program will be open to family members, domestic partners and friends.
Each pooling account needs at least one adult and can include up to seven people and five can be under the age of 21. The airline says it will be the only U.S. airline that allows customers to share their points.
The company says they are making the change as a way to appeal to families whose members might not fly often enough to accumulate points and earn free trips.
