Have you heard of the phrase, "What's old is new again?" For some in Rochester, that rang true on Wednesday.
Fashion Week of Rochester kicked off with a switch and swap all day long at the Memorial Art Gallery. Fashionistas could bring in clothing and accessories they've grown tired of or never wore and exchange it for something else that was brought in.
Proceeds from Fashion Week go to the Center for Youth, specifically toward shelters for young people who are homeless.
"This is the kind of thing where five days of glamour and glitz can change a person's life," says Elaine Spaul of The Center of Youth.
