Increasing teen’s physical activity could help improve their grades.
A new British study measured the daily exercise levels of almost 5,000 11 year olds as well as their academic performance in English, math and science.
Kids who did the most moderate to vigorous exercise scored higher in all three subject areas than kids who exercised the least.
Researchers found academic benefits of exercise at the age of 11 lasted throughout the mid-teen years.
