The Rochester Police Department have arrested two people and are looking for a third in connection with a double shooting on the city's west side Sunday morning.
Twenty nine-year-old Quentin M. Singletary and Dominique Williams, 27, both of Rochester, are charged with criminal possession of weapon.
Police are looking for another man in connection with the shooting. Police say the man is 6'0” and at the time of the shooting was wearing a black North Face jacket, blue jeans with rips in them, black and white sneakers, blue and white baseball cap with white stickers attached. Police say he also had a white iPod.
Officers were called to the area of Chili Avenue and Thurston Road around 10:30 a.m. Sunday for reports of shots fired along with a Shotspotter activation. When they arrived, they found no victims at the scene, but soon after a 11-year-old boy and a 29-year-old man arrived at Strong Memorial Hospital. Both the man and boy had been shot in the torso, according to police.
Investigators say the 11-year-old and is currently being treated for a non-life threatening injury at the hospital.
