It's a local case that is gaining national attention. The Town of Greece vs. Galloway Case is set to be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court next month.
Town leaders are asking the court to uphold the practice of opening town council meetings with a prayer. An appeals court has already ruled the prayers unconstitutional, since most of them were Christian-based.
On Tuesday night, you can learn more about the case and ask your questions about it. The panel discussion will be held at Nixon Peabody Law Firm Office at Clinto Square from 6:00p.m. to 7:30p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
