A Penfield woman, who drove into a crowd of people outside a Rochester bar killing a man, could be released from prison soon.
According to the state Department of Corrections, 53-year-old Sandra Arena goes in front of a Parole Board this week. This will be the first time she faces the Board since she was found guilty of manslaughter in 2009.
A year earlier, she drove into a crowd in the parking lot of what was Nasty D's bar on Broadway. She hurt four people and killed 22-year-old Chad Coleman.
