Tens of thousands of people are showing their support for an upstate New York man and Wegmans employee after his sister says he was yelled at by a customer in his checkout line.

Chris Tuttle has been a Wegmans employee for seven years. Chris’ sister Jamie says this weekend, a customer yelled at her brother who has Asperger's Syndrome -- a disorder on the autism spectrum -- for being "too slow".

Jamie says she went to Facebook to ask people to say something nice to Chris the next time they saw him.

Tuesday morning, that post has more than 86,000 likes and more than 13,000 comments.

Our affiliate in Syracuse reports that Tuttle and his sister have received messages of support from places like Australia, Greece and the UK.
