Winter storm to bring significant snow to Rochester, Finger Lakes

A winter storm will bring significant snow to Rochester and the Finger Lakes. The snow will begin late Tuesday and continue into Wednesday, producing accumulations of six inches or more. Additional gusty winds will cause blowing and drifting snow, resulting in difficult travel conditions Tuesday night and Wednesday.
