You will have a chance to weigh in on a proposal to create drug-free zones in Rochester tonight. A public forum is scheduled to take place at City Hall.
City Councilman Adam McFadden announced his plan for drug-free zones in October. He said police will determine where the most drug activity is happening and then ban people form loitering in those areas.
While some neighborhoods welcome the idea, others say they worry it gives room for police to abuse their authority.
The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m.
