You put your child in a highchair to keep them safe at meal time but according to a new study from Nationwide Children's Hospital in Ohio, more children are getting hurt while in their highchairs.

Researchers looked at injuries over the past eight years that required emergency care. The study says that number went up by 20-percent. Researchers say brain injuries, like concussions, were the result of most major falls.

Experts say check that your child is strapped in tight, so they cannot slide out from underneath the table. Also make sure there is nothing a child can push off of, causing the high chair to tip over.
