A 32-year-old Lockport man is facing charges after a month-long investigation in the sale of crack cocaine in Albion.
On Friday, December 6, members of the Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force executed a search warrant on a vehicle parked in a lot on South Main Street in Albion. Police tell News10BNBC they seized 43 bags of crack cocaine from that vehicle and arrested the driver, John Butler. He’s charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation.
Butler is being held in the Orleans County Jail without bail.
The investigation is ongoing and investigators say further charges and arrests are pending.
