Some students at St. Louis School in Pittsford really got into the giving holiday spirit Wednesday. They delivered toys and other gifts to the Villa of Hope, an agency for families and at-risk teens.
The students were able to fill 150 stockings this year, filled to the brim with things like journals, playing cards, games, books, and gift certificates.
Mohsan Emami, Villa of Hope, said, “It was quite a surprise when I walked into the chapel and saw these gifts that students have collected. It's really really a work of love. It is much appreciated."
Cordy Donner, St. Louis student, said, "They can have something for Christmas because a lot of people don't get stuff and I think it'd be very nice if they did."
This is the 15th year students from St. Louis have donated to the Villa of Hope as part of its "Holiday Wishes" program.
