With less than two weeks to go, The Salvation Army of Canandaigua says donations to its Red Kettle Campaign are down nearly 10-percent from this time last year.

“Canandaigua is a community full of generous individuals and we hope to call upon that generosity this year to help us continue to make change happen for those in the most need,” said Envoy James Brennan, Canandaigua’s Corps Officer. “It only takes a couple of hours to make a difference and if you find yourself unable to give time then follow the lesson my grandfather taught me, see a Red Kettle and help fill it up with dollars and coins so The Salvation Army can do some good for others.”
