Deputy Fire Chief Marty McMillian released from hospital following crash

Officials tell News10NBC Rochester Deputy Fire Chief Marty McMillan has been released from the hospital. McMillian was hospitalized with a broken back after police say his SUV was hit by a truck driven by a man officers were chasing last month.

Investigators say 48-year-old Charles Domicello robbed several stores in Macedon and led police on chase on Friday, November 29. The chase ended when police say Domicello crashed into McMillan's SUV on Main Street in Rochester.

Domicello is charged with assault and fleeing a police officer.
