Residents in Wyoming County are digging out Thursday night after a storm dropped two feet of powder on the area.

More than two feet of snow has fallen over the past two days and some flakes were still falling Thursday evening.

News10NBC's Josh Nichols trudged his way through the snow and spoke with some residents in the area. They say that the amount of snow they've received is impressive, even for this time of year.

Weatherspotter Dianne Burham told News10NBC, "[Yesterday], I got about 23 and half inches. Today, I got another three. So that would be 26 and half. That's the most I've gotten in that amount of time and I've lived here 15 years."
