New Jersey is offering nearly $40 million to Valeant Pharmaceuticals to move its U.S. headquarters to the Garden State, according to our news partners at the Rochester Business Journal.
Valeant--which purchased Bausch and Lomb in August--previously announced plans to move its headquarters to New Jersey. However, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority said in a statement on Tuesday that Valeant was still considering keeping the eye-care company's headquarters in Rochester.
