A mother, father and grandfather are facing charges, after deputies say the encouraged their toddler to smoke pot, according to our affiliate WGRZ.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office says 17-year-old Jessica Kelsey, 18-year-old George Kelsey and 54-year-old Don Baker were arrested and charged with child endangerment and reckless endangerment. Deputies say all three were present when a 23-month-old child smoked marijuana.
Deputies say they "encouraged, observed and helped" the toddler smoke a lit bowl at a home in Mayville earlier this month.
WGRZ reports that the child and another sibling are in the care of Child Protective services.
