The Ontario County Sheriff's Office says an Irondequoit woman was injured when she struck a guard rail and flipped her vehicle Friday night.
Deputies say the crash happened near Collett Road on Route 332 in Farmington at about 7:04 p.m. They tell us 67-year-old Patricia Taaliento was driving south on Route 332 when her car drifted into the median and struck the guard rail and flipped onto its side.
Taaliento had to be removed from the vehicle with the help of firefighters and was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with back pain.
Deputies are still investigating the crash.
