One street in Farmington has quite the light show going on.
Two neighbors decided to team up and put together a holiday-themed display for all the cars that drive by on Buckskin Drive this time of year. They start the show on Thanksgiving night.
The duo says every year it gets a little bit bigger. This year they're up to 80,000 lights across seven front yards.
“"It started years ago with just a little plug and play that my daughter brought home, and from there it got bigger and bigger. “Me and Scott have joined together now, and we're lighting up the whole neighborhood,” said Bruce Raggi, Farmington resident.
“The pure joy of it is people stopping by and just telling us how fantastic this is and how exciting it is,” said Scott Maclean, Raggi's neighbor.
The neighbors plan to keep the lights up through the second weekend in January. They say eventually the goal is to light up the whole street.
