Three men were shot following an argument that broke out at a house party on Norton Village Lane late Friday night, according to police.
The Rochester Police Department says the shooting happened just after 11:30 p.m. when a partygoer was asked to leave after causing a disturbance. As the suspect left the party, police say he got into another argument outside the home.
During the course of that argument, police say the suspect pulled out a gun and shot three men. A 24-year-old Henrietta man, 25-year-old city man and 27-year-old city man all suffered gun shot wounds and were taken by private vehicles to Rochester General Hospital. Police say their injuries are considered non-life threatening.
The shooting is still under investigation and police say they are trying to get information from witnesses and the victims.
