A Caledonia man is facing drug charges after police say he sold 500 grams worth of marijuana in the village.
Bryan Swartz is charged with criminal sale of marijuana and criminal possession following an investigation by the Caledonia Police Department and the Livingston County Drug Task Force. Police say that Swartz sold 500 grams of marijuana in Caledonia Friday afternoon for almost $2,500. Shortly after, police searched his home on Lehigh Street where they found more than $8,000 in cash and another pound and a half of marijuana.
Swartz was arrarigned in Caledonia Village Court and taken to Livingston County Jail. Officers say additional charges may be pending.
