The government says only one in four teens get the exercise they need to stay healthy.

New data from the CDC suggests young teens are not embracing the government's "Let's Move" exercise campaign. Just 25-percent of kids ages 12 to 15 get the recommended hour of exercise every day.

The CDC says the results aren't disappointing but there is room for improvement.

The overall rate of obesity comes in at 17-percent or about 12.5-million obese kids in America.
