A reality TV star stopped by Rochester Friday.
Mark Long, best known for being featured on MTV’s Real World/Road Rules Challenge show, toured the Center of Youth's Crisis Nursery.
The nursery provides services for infants and young children whose parents are temporarily unable to care for them.
Long visited the children and announced that he will be donating a portion of his proceeds from his latest product called Pocket Protein. Long said, “I've always had a soft spot for kids and this is the perfect organization for us to work with and see if we can develop a relationship with and get a tour and meet one of the fine little guys here.”
Pocket Protein is a drink that manufacturers say is healthy and will provide energy and nutrition.
