NBC is counting on social media to help drive viewers to its broadcast of the Winter Olympics. And it has teamed up with Facebook to help make that happen.
The network and the social network site say they will share content on the upcoming games in Sochi, Russia. NBC learned during the 2012 Summer Games in London that social sites help boost viewership.
Facebook gets a boost of its own becoming the likely place where Olympic fans will potentially have those conversations.
