A traffic stop in Livingston County leads to drug charges for three Rochester residents.
Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle in the Town of Avon Monday afternoon and found heroin, cocaine and needles inside.
Ronald Peacock, 45, is facing a number of charges including criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while impaired by drugs. Nicole Furnani, 22, and 26-year-old Nicholas Chiavaroli are also facing drug possession charges.
Peacock was sent to the Livingston County Jail on bail. The other two were released on appearance tickets.
