Update: Caledonia crash victim identified

Deputies have identified the man involved in a serious crash in Caledonia that left him with potentially life-threatening injuries.

News10NBC was on the scene on Telephone Road early Friday morning. Livingston County Sheriff's Deputies say Dana Mills, of LeRoy, was traveling east on Telephone Road near River Road when his vehicle left the road and hit a tree.

News10NBC is told that a passer-by called for help, and when rescue crews arrived, they found Mills trapped. Deputies say he had to be removed from the car, then rushed to Strong Hospital with serious injuries.
As of Sunday morning, Mills is still at Strong Memorial Hospital listed in guarded condition.
