News10NBC is following the developments in the investigation into possible corruption in Monroe County.
News10NBC has learned that the four men, Nelson Rivera, Robert Wiesner, John Maggio and Daniel Lynch were in court Friday morning. They're accused of bid rigging and corruption when it comes to contracts for county projects.
On Friday, Judge Robert Noonan said he would rule shortly on a request to force the state attorney general's office to release internal memos and emails related to the case. Attorneys for the men say they feel the information will prove the charges are politically motivated.
