Shaun White is a two-time gold medalist. One of the greatest snow boarders of all time. He is calling the Olympic slope style course "a little intimidating", this after White injured his left wrist during a Tuesday practice run. The tweak won't hold White back from kicking off the Olympics.

While going down the mountain, White lost his balance and used his left arm to stay up straight. That's when he jammed his wrist.

A few other gold medal favorites have also suffered injuries on the course. White along with some in the field are hoping changes will be made to the mountain before Thursday's slope style qualifying for safety purposes and so more high flying tricks can be pulled off.

Shaun says risk is a part of the sport.
