Two men have been indicted by a grand jury for their roles in a double stabbing on North Street last month.

Bradford M. Clark, 24, and Shain Maldonado, 36, were indicted on charges of second-degree murder and first degree assault.

On Sunday January 25, police say Clark and Maldonado stabbed 32-year-old Lee Probst and 19-year-old Hermes Almodovar on North Street. Probst died at Rochester General Hospital. Almodovar survived the attack.

The two are in the Monroe County Jail without bail. Their arraignments have not yet been scheduled.
