NYS Police launches Warrant Wednesdays on Facebook

New York State Police are cracking down on wanted criminals. They announced a new initiative Wednesday.

The department says it plans to use social media websites like Facebook to find criminals. They are calling it Warrant Wednesday. Basically, it means every Wednesday the department will post pictures of people who have warrants out for their arrest. 

They hope the community will help get involve and locate those individuals.
