Action for Better Community receives $280,000 in state grants

Thousands of dollars are headed to our area to help cut down on crime.

Action for a Better Community will receive more than $280,000. The money will be used to provide anti-violence programs and community outreach initiatives. 

The funds were provided by a state grant.
