More than 3,500 baby walkers have been recalled because officials say they do not meet federal safety standards.

According to the Consumer Product Commission, the BebeLove Baby Walker (model 358) has leg opening that allow a child to slip down causing the child’s head to become entrapped at the neck. Officials say babies using these walkers could be seriously injured or killed.

The walkers were sold online at Amazon.com and Overstock.com from November 2011 through July 2013 for about $25.
