Police investigate homicide on Upper Falls Boulevard

The Rochester Police Department is on-scene of shooting homicide near Upper Falls Boulevard. and Hudson Avenue. 

According to police, The 33-year-old man was stopped at a traffic light, when a car pulled up along side and shot at the victim in the upper body. The suspect's car then took off.

Rural Metro rushed a patient to Rochester General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

At this time police are not releasing the victim's name, or what led to the shooting.
