The Ontario County Sheriff's Office says a child was hurt during a fight at a home in Geneva Friday night.

Officials say 23-year-old Anthony Glover was charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

News10NBC is told deputies were called to a home on Karuis Circle, in Geneva, Friday night just after 11:30 p.m. When they arrived, deputies say they learned Glover and his girlfriend had been fighting. During that fight, investigators say Glover pushed a two-year-old child, who fell and hit his head. Deputies say the child was treated and released by Finger Lakes Ambulance for a lump on his head.

Glover is currently being held in Ontario County Jail, waiting to be arraigned.
