An online petition is making its way around and has even gained attention from City Hall.

Community leaders have put together a petition demanding the release of letters that twenty two Rochester City School District employees wrote in support of Matthew LoMaglio, a former physical teacher who was convicted of sexually abusing a student.

This weekend, Mayor Lovely Warren also signed the petition, saying parents have a right to know if their child is attending a school where an employee has backed a teacher accused of abusing a student.
