A new survey says teenagers are highly stressed out. If they don't get it under control, experts warn teenage angst could lead to unhealthy adulthood.
The American Psychological Association released a new survey revealing high stress levels among teens especially during the school year. These teens are not sleep well and are trying to cope by eating junk food or skipping meals. They are doing sedentary activities like watching TV and playing video games, the exact opposite of proven stress relievers.
