We are honoring students for doing the right thing. Ten young people from the city and county were honored with the Do the Right Thing Award Thursday morning at the Public Safety Building in downtown Rochester.

News10NBC will feature each one over the next few weeks and why they have been chosen. The program publicly recognizes students who are doing positive things. In the group, three students addressed the issue of bullying, another prevented two students from being robbed, one organized a food drive and others held a baked sale to raise money for charities.
