Judge in College at Brockport murder case allows the release of 911 recordings and videotape interview

A judge has ruled Thursday afternoon that the 911 recordings and videotaped interview with a man charged with murdering a College at Brockport student can be released to the public.

Clayton Whittemore is accused of beating his girlfriend, Alexandra Kogut, to death in 2012 in her dorm room. 

News10NBC is working on obtaining a copy of those recordings and interview. 

Whittemore's trial is expected to start in March.
