Penfield passes capital improvement projects

People living in Penfield approved future capital improvement projects at their schools Thursday.

The project to improve the athletic facilities at the school, renovating the high school gym and adding lights to the football field passed 759 to 138. 

Projects to make security upgrades at all the district buildings passed 763 to 121.

The total cost is $3.6-million. It will be taken from the capital reserve funds.
